What if it doesn't save enough members to pay for itself?+
We'd genuinely want to understand why — that's the whole point of the design partner arrangement. But the math works in your favor quickly: at a $120/month average sub value, saving 2 members per month covers the Starter plan. Most clubs we talk to see 3-8 saves in their first month.
How do you count members?+
Active club members with a current subscription at the time of billing. Cancelled or paused members don't count.
We already have low churn. Is this still worth it?+
Yes — members who do try to cancel are often leaving for recoverable reasons (too much wine, moving, budget crunch). A well-timed pause or skip offer catches almost all of them. Low-churn clubs often have the highest save rates because their members actually want to stay.
Do you charge a percentage of revenue saved?+
No. Flat monthly fee based on club size. You keep everything you save.
What's the difference between this and what Awtomic already has?+
